We're all golden sunflowers inside

Flowering in August, sunflowers are a symbol of rebirth and resilience, and have become synonymous with famed Dutch artist Vincent Van Gogh. To celebrate the seasonal, slender stems being in full bloom – and the reopening of our gilded doors, no less – we are hosting an elegant sunflower exhibition throughout the summer. It’s going to be the height of sophistication…

Creating a truly captivating entrance, an oversized sunflower installation welcomes discerning guests outside, with a decadent display of faux blooms arranged around the legendary terrace. Bursting with colour, the artful arrangement is a respectful nod to the man who showed the world just how refined sunflowers could be, and adds a touch of Provence to the pavements of London.

On our sunshine-hued menus, the creativity extends to incredible edible art, with a strictly limited-edition dessert arriving on a painter’s palette tableside, and a special sunflower inspired gin cocktail mixed and muddled from edible ‘paint’ (passion fruit and bergamot purées, as well as toasted coconut syrup), garnished with gold dust and served in a gold rimmed glass. It’s set to be the toast of the town.

Artistry and gastronomy collide at Scott’s this August – your table is our canvas.
